         DISPOSITION OF REVENUE FROM CERTAIN SCHOOL AND INSTITUTIONAL TRUST LANDS

Senator Blackham proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 5, Line 125:
    Amended in Committee
    goldenrod 2-23-1999    After "chapter;" delete "and"

2.    Page 5, Line 126:
    Amended in Committee
    goldenrod 2-23-1999    After "Subsection 59-21-4(2)" delete the period and insert "; and
        (c) bond proceeds from the issuance and sale of revenue bonds authorized under Subsection 9-14-104(2)."

3.    Page 6, Line 161:    After line 161 insert:
        "(2)(a) The board may issue and sell revenue bonds, pledging as the sole source of repayment those monies in the fund.
        (b) The board shall use the proceeds of any issuance and sale of revenue bonds under Subsection (2)(a) to finance in whole or in part projects authorized by this chapter."

4.    Page 6, Line 162:    Delete "(2)" and insert "(3)"

5.    Page 6, Line 164:    Delete "(3)" and insert "(4)"
