1. Page 6, Line 167: After "Interstate 15;" bracket "or"
2. Page 6, Line 170: After "County" insert "; or
(D) to pay all or part of the cost of the land for and the installation and construction of a recreational facility as defined in Section 59-12-702, including parking and infrastructure improvements related to the recreational facility"
