Senator Nielson proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, lines 18-19:    Delete lines 18-19

2.    Page 1, line 25:    After "issue;" delete "and"

3.    Page 2, line 28:    After "settlement" delete ":" and insert "; and"

4.    Page 2, line 28:    After line 28 insert: "WHEREAS, Utah and other states are committed to use a substantial portion of the settlement money for
        public health and tobacco prevention programs:"
