             7      AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $550,000 TO THE ILLEGAL
             8      DRUG MANUFACTURING AND STORAGE SITE DECONTAMINATION LOAN FUND;
             9      PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING A COORDINATION CLAUSE.
             10      This act enacts uncodified material.
             11      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             12          Section 1. Appropriation.
             13          (1) There is appropriated from the General Fund for fiscal year 2000-01, $550,000 to the
             14      Illegal Drug Manufacturing and Storage Site Decontamination Loan Fund created in Section
             15      h [ 19-6-808 ] 19-8-809 h to be used for the purposes specified in Title 19, Chapter 6, Part 8, Illegal
             15a      Drug
             16      Manufacturing and Storage Site Decontamination Act.
             17          (2) These funds shall be nonlapsing.
             18          Section 2. Effective date.
             19          This act takes effect on July 1, 2000.
             20          Section 3. Coordination clause.
             21          The appropriation in this bill is dependent upon the passage of H.B. 162, Standards for
             22      Illegal Drug Lab Decontamination.
