6 AN ACT RELATING TO WORKFORCE SERVICES; REPEALING REQUIREMENT FOR A
7 COMPREHENSIVE FEASIBILITY STUDY REGARDING THE INCLUSION OF THE
8 DIVISION OF STATE REHABILITATION IN THE DEPARTMENT OF WORKFORCE
9 SERVICES.
10 This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
11 REPEALS:
12 35A-1-208, as enacted by Chapter 240, Laws of Utah 1996
13 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
14 Section 1. Repealer.
15 This act repeals:
16 Section 35A-1-208, Study of future consolidation.
