6 AN ACT RELATING TO THE UTAH STATE OFFICE OF REHABILITATION;
7 APPROPRIATING $360,000 TO THE DIVISION OF SERVICES FOR THE BLIND AND
8 VISUALLY IMPAIRED.
9 This act enacts uncodified material.
10 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
11 Section 1. Appropriation.
12 (1) There is appropriated from the General Fund for fiscal year 2000-01, $360,000 to the
13 Division of Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired within the Utah State Office of
14 Rehabilitation to provide intervener services to deaf and blind persons who require communication
15 assistance in their daily living activities.
16 (2) The appropriation under Subsection (1) is nonlapsing.
