APPROPRIATION FOR PROJECTS TO
2 IMPROVE PRIVATE GRAZING LANDS
3 2000 GENERAL SESSION

6 AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $100,000 FROM THE
7 GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000-01 TO THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE
8 AND FOOD TO CONTRACT FOR SERVICES TO IMPROVE GRAZING LANDS IN UTAH;
9 AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
10 This act enacts uncodified material.
11 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
12 Section 1. Appropriation.
13 There is appropriated $100,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year 2000-01 to the
14 Department of Agriculture and Food to contract for services to improve grazing lands in Utah.
15 Section 2. Effective date.
16 This act takes effect on July 1, 2000.
