6 AN ACT RELATING TO HIGHER EDUCATION; CLARIFYING THE PROVISION OF
7 POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION PROGRAMS IN THE ROOSEVELT AND MOAB
8 REGIONS OF THE STATE.
9 This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
10 AMENDS:
11 53B-18-301, as enacted by Chapter 167, Laws of Utah 1987
12 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
13 Section 1. Section 53B-18-301 is amended to read:
14 53B-18-301. Area education centers -- Administration -- Location.
15 Utah State University shall operate and administer area education centers located at or near
16 Roosevelt and Moab, but not to the exclusion of other higher education programs in these regions.
