APPROPRIATION TO STATE FIRE MUSEUM
2 2000 GENERAL SESSION

5 AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $50,000 FROM THE
6 GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000-01 TO THE STATE FIRE MARSHAL'S OFFICE
7 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE UTAH MUSEUM OF FIRE SERVICE HISTORY AND
8 FIREFIGHTER MEMORIAL; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
9 This act enacts uncodified material.
10 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
11 Section 1. Appropriation.
12 For fiscal year 2000-01 only, there is appropriated from the General Fund to the State Fire
13 Marshal's Office $50,000 to be used for the Utah Museum of Fire Service History and Firefighter
14 Memorial.
15 Section 2. Effective date.
16 This act takes effect on July 1, 2000.
