APPROPRIATION FOR AIRPORT AUTHORITY

5 AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING FROM THE GENERAL
6 FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000-01, $2,000,000 TO AERONAUTICAL OPERATIONS OF
7 THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
8 This act enacts uncodified material.
9 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
10 Section 1. Appropriation.
11 (1) There is appropriated from the General Fund for fiscal year 2000-01, $2,000,000 to
12 aeronautical operations of the Department of Transportation.
13 (2) The money appropriated in Subsection (1) shall be used for the construction,
14 improvement, and maintenance of publicly used airports in the state.
15 (3) The money appropriated in Subsection (1) is nonlapsing.
16 Section 2. Effective date.
17 This act takes effect on July 1, 2000.
