Mr. Speaker:

    The Health and Human Services Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 67, TASK FORCE ON FAMILY CONFLICT RESOLUTION, by Representative A. Tyler, with the following amendments:

1.     Page 2, Line 30:    After "Office of the Guardian ad Litem" insert "or his designee"         

2.     Page 2, Line 31:    Delete "or therapist trained as a mediator or familiar with" and insert "or trained professional in the field of"

3.     Page 2, Line 32:    Delete ",and familiar with family dynamics"

4.     Page 2, Line 40:    Delete "child" and insert "family"

5.     Page 2, Line 44:    Delete "may" and insert "shall"
        Delete "up to" and insert "at least"
        After "members" insert "from the general public"

6.     Page 3, Line 61:    After "awareness" insert "that parents and their children are most likely to achieve their full potential in their own stable, loving family,"
