Mr. Speaker:

    The Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Committee recommends H.B. 77, CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES AMENDMENTS, by Representative R. Bigelow, be replaced and reports a favorable recommendation on 1st Sub. H.B. 77, CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES AMENDMENTS with the following amendments:

1. Page 1, Line 7:    Delete "CHANGING THE SCHEDULE OF ROHYPNOL;"

2. Page 10, Line 295:    Delete entire line and renumber accordingly

3. Page 15, Line 439:    Reinstate entire line and renumber accordingly
