    The Judiciary Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 39, EXPEDITED VISITATION ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM, by Senator M. Peterson, with the following amendments:
1.    Page, 2, Line 49    After "to the judge" insert "or court commissioner"
2.    Page 2, Line 56    After "a judge" insert "or court commissioner"
3.    Page 3, Line 71:    After "parent shall" insert ", pursuant to an order of the court,"
4.    Page 5, Line 121:    Reinstate "(a)"
5.    Page 5, Line 123:    Reinstate "(b) This pilot program shall be funded through funds received under Subsection (a)" and add a "."
