    The Judiciary Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 47, DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE PROVISIONS, by Senator S. Howell, with the following amendments:

1.     Page 1, Line 17:    After "by telephone" delete "," and insert "or live" and after "audiovisual means" insert "." and delete the remainder of the line.
