    The Political Subdivisions Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 144, TAX INCREMENT AMENDMENTS, by Senator L. Mansell, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 6:    After "FUNDS" insert "; AND EXPANDING THE PERMISSIBLE USES OF CERTAIN TAX INCREMENT FUNDS"

2.    Page 5, Line 125:    After "Interstate 15;" bracket "or"

3.    Page 5, Line 128:    After line 128 insert:

        "(IV) solely to pay part of the cost of the relocation of an agriculture related business from a city of the first class to another location within a county of the third, fourth, fifth, or sixth class; or"

4.    Page 5, Line 142:    After "city" insert "of the first class or a city"

5.    Page 5, Line 147:    After "30," bracket "1997" and insert "2002"

6.    Page 6, Line 153:    After "2002;" bracket "or"

7.    Page 6, Line 155:    After "2002" insert:

        "; or
        (E) the process of relocating an agriculture related business from a city of the first class to another location within a county of the third, fourth, fifth, or sixth class has begun on or before December 31, 2002"

8.    Page 6, Line 167:    After "County;" bracket "or"

9.    Page 6, Line 171:    After "facility" insert:

        "; or
