    The Revenue and Taxation Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 222, FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AMENDMENTS, by Senator T. Spencer, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 1, Line 7:    Delete "CLARIFYING JUDICIAL REVIEW OF ACTS OF COMMISSIONER;"

2.    Page 1, Line 19:    Delete line 19

3.    Pages 9-10, Lines 247 through 290:    Delete lines 247 through 290

         Renumber remaining sections accordingly.
