    The Human Services Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 223, CHILD PROTECTION AMENDMENTS, by Senator L. Poulton, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 7, Line 207:    After "who does not" insert ": (i)"
        After Line 207 insert "and (ii) have access to the child;"

2.    Page 8, Line 214:    Delete: "or a Children's Justice Center"

3.    Page 11, Line 323:    Delete: "or a Children's Justice Center"
