1. Page 3, Line 61: After "regulations" insert "pertaining to determinations concerning contamination, notices, hearings, and inspections"
2. Page 3, Line 65: After "manufacturing" delete "and" and insert "or"
3. Page 8, Line 215: After "fund" insert "which may include provisions for surety for the loans"
