1.    Page 13, Line 377:    After " (6) " insert " (a) " and after " written " insert " or an electronic "

2.    Page 13, Line 378:    After " district " insert " in a clear summary format "

3.    Page 13, Line 379:    After " distributed " insert " , on a one per household basis, " and after " residence of " delete " each student " and insert " students "

4.    Page 13, Line 380:    After line 380 insert:
        " (b) Each local school board and the state board shall have a complete report of the statewide data available for copying or in an electronic format at their respective offices. "
