Representative Nora Stephens proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 11, Line 320:    After "(4)" insert:
        "(a) The court shall provide the supervision and monitoring of the ignition interlock system required as a condition of probation or as otherwise ordered by the court by contract with a probation provider in accordance with Subsections 41-6-44 (14)(b) and (c)."

2.    Page 11, Line 320:    Bracket "(a)" and insert "(b)"

3.    Page 11, Line 323:    Delete "(b)" and insert "(c)"

4.    Page 11, Line 326:    Delete "(c)" and insert "(d)"
