Representative Goodfellow proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 11:    After "FEES;" insert "AND" and after "DUTIES" delete "; AND" and insert a period

2.    Page 1, Lines 12-13:    Delete lines 12 through 13

3.    Page 2, Line 33:    Delete "$4" and insert "a reasonable portion, as established by the chief information officer"

4.    Page 2, Lines 40-43:    Delete lines 40 through 43

         Renumber remaining subsections accordingly.

5.    Page 6, Lines 158-164:    Delete lines 158 through 164
