Representative Hickman proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 9:    After "RESIDENCE;" delete "AND" and after "CHANGES" insert "; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE"

    Senate 3rd Reading Amendments
    2-17-2000:    After "2001," delete "25%" and insert "the following percentages"

3.    Page 7, Line 213
    Senate 3rd Reading Amendments
    2-17-2000:    After "residence" delete "is" and insert "are" and after "Subsection (4)" delete the period and insert a colon and after Line 213 insert:
        "(i) beginning on January 1, 2001, through December 31, 2001, 5%;
        (ii) beginning on January 1, 2002, through December 31, 2002, 10%;
        (iii) beginning on January 1, 2003, through December 31, 2003, 15%;
        (iv) beginning on January 1, 2004, through December 31, 2004, 20%; and
        (v) beginning on January 1, 2005, 25%.
