Senator Spencer proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 27:    Bracket "or ex parte"

2.    Page 2, Line 28:    Bracket "protective order"

3.    Page 2, Line 33:    At the end of line 33 insert: "Violation of a civil protective order at the voluntary invitation of the petitioner may be asserted as a defense by the respondent or defendant."
