Senator Blackham proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 5:    Delete "$250,000" and insert "$200,000"

2.    Page 1, Line 19:    After line 19 insert "(1)"

3.    Page 1, Line 21:    Delete "$250,000" and insert "$200,000"

4.    Page 1, Line 22:    After line 22 insert:
        "(2) The appropriation under Subsection (1) is nonlapsing."
