Senator Mansell proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 6:    After "MODIFYING" insert "THE DEFINITION OF RESIDENTIAL FACILITY FOR PERSONS WITH A DISABILITY; MODIFYING THE REQUIREMENTS FOR COUNTY, CITY, AND TOWN ORDINANCES RELATING TO RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES FOR PERSONS WITH A DISABILITY;"

2.    Page 1, Line 7:    Delete line 7

3.    Page 1, Line 8:    At the beginning of line 8 delete "HOMES;"

4.    Page 1, Line 20:    After "which" delete "any" and insert "the provision of" and after "treatment is" delete the remainder of line 20 and insert "not the primary purpose;"

5.    Page 2, Line 30:    At the end of line 30 reinstate the comma and delete the colon

6.    Page 2, Line 31:    At the beginning of line 31 delete "(i)"

7.    Page 2, Lines 33-35:    Delete lines 33 through 35

8.    Page 2, Line 37:    After "allowed" insert "to the same extent that a similar facility that is not a residential facility for persons with a disability is a permitted use"

9.    Page 2, Line 55:    After "which" delete "any" and insert "the provision of" and after "treatment is" delete the remainder of line 55 and insert "not the primary purpose;"

10.    Page 3, Line 65:    At the end of line 65 reinstate the comma and delete the colon

11.    Page 3, Line 66:    At the beginning of line 66 delete "(i)"

12.    Page 3, Lines 68-70:    Delete lines 68 through 70

13.    Page 3, Line 72:    After "allowed" insert "to the same extent that a similar facility that is not a residential facility for persons with a disability is a permitted use"
