6 This act appropriates h [ $2,742,000 ] $2,741,000 h from the General Fund for fiscal year 2001-02
6a only, to the
7 Division of Facilities Construction and Management for the purchase of the Box Elder
8 County Education Center Complex h [ and makes an ongoing appropriation of $16,000 from
9 the General Fund for fiscal year 2001-02 for operation and maintenance costs for the Box
10 Elder County Education Center Complex ] h . The act also provides an effective date.
11 This act enacts uncodified material.
12 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
13 Section 1. Appropriation.
14 (1) For fiscal year 2001-02 only, there is appropriated h [ $2,742,000 ] $2,741,000 h from the
14a General Fund
15 to the Division of Facilities Construction and Management to fund the state's purchase of the Box
16 Elder County Education Center Complex located in Brigham City.
17 h [ (2) Subject to future budget constraints, there is appropriated from the General Fund, as
18 an ongoing appropriation, $16,000 for fiscal year 2001-02 to the Division of Facilities
19 Construction and Management for operation and maintenance costs associated with the Box Elder
20 County Education Center Complex located in Brigham City. ] h
21 Section 2. Effective date.
22 This act takes effect on July 1, 2001.
