This act designates December 15 of each year as Bill of Rights Day and September 17 of each
year as Constitution Day.
This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
ENACTS:
63-13-5.6, Utah Code Annotated 1953
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
Section 1. Section 63-13-5.6 is enacted to read:
63-13-5.6. Commemorative days.
The following days shall be commemorated yearly on the designated calendar date:
(1) Bill of Rights Day, December 15; and
(2) Constitution Day, September 17.
