OLENE WALKER HOUSING TRUST FUND APPROPRIATION
2001 GENERAL SESSION

This act appropriates $800,000 from the General Fund to the Olene Walker Housing Trust
Fund. The act specifies that $300,000 of the appropriation is for fiscal year 2001-02 only.
The act takes effect on July 1, 2001.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
Section 1. Appropriation.
(1) Subject to Subsection (2), there is appropriated from the General Fund for fiscal year
2001-02, $800,000 to the Olene Walker Housing Trust Fund created in Section 9-4-702 .
(2) Notwithstanding Subsection (1), $300,000 of the appropriation under Subsection (1)
is appropriated for fiscal year 2001-02 only.
Section 2. Effective date.
This act takes effect on July 1, 2001.
