APPROPRIATION FOR STATEWIDE TRAIL
DEVELOPMENT
2001 GENERAL SESSION

This act appropriates $50,000 from the General Fund, for fiscal year 2001-02 only, to the
Division of Parks and Recreation to develop and coordinate a program for a statewide trail
system. This act takes effect on July 1, 2001.
This act enacts uncodified material.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
Section 1. Appropriation.
(1) For fiscal year 2001-02 only, there is appropriated $50,000 from the General Fund to
the Division of Parks and Recreation to develop and coordinate a program for a statewide trail
system.
(2) The money appropriated in Subsection (1) is nonlapsing.
Section 2. Effective date.
This act takes effect on July 1, 2001.
