REPEAL OF BEDDING, UPHOLSTERED

7 This act modifies the Utah Agricultural Code. This act repeals the Bedding, Upholstered
8 Furniture, and Quilted Clothing Advisory Committee.
9 This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
10 REPEALS:
11 4-10-12, as last amended by Chapter 243, Laws of Utah 1996
12 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
13 Section 1. Repealer.
14 This act repeals:
15 Section 4-10-12, Advisory committee created -- Composition -- Terms of office --
16 Compensation -- Duties.
