REPEAL OF DAIRY ADVISORY BOARD

5 This act modifies the Utah Agricultural Code to repeal the Dairy Advisory Board.
6 This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
7 REPEALS:
8 4-3-15, as last amended by Chapter 276, Laws of Utah 1997
9 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
10 Section 1. Repealer.
11 This act repeals:
12 Section 4-3-15, Dairy Advisory Board created -- Composition -- Appointment --
13 Removal -- Compensation -- Responsibilities.
