5 This act designates December 15 of each year as Bill of Rights Day.
6 This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
7 ENACTS:
8 63-13-5.6, Utah Code Annotated 1953
9 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
10 Section 1. Section 63-13-5.6 is enacted to read:
11 63-13-5.6. Commemorative day.
12 The following day shall be commemorated yearly on the designated calendar date: Bill of
13 Rights Day, December 15.
