OLENE WALKER HOUSING TRUST FUND

6 This act appropriates $4,500,000 from the General Fund to the Olene Walker Housing Trust
7 Fund. The act specifies that $2,500,000 of the appropriation is for fiscal year 2001-02 only.
8 The act takes effect on July 1, 2001.
9 This act enacts uncodified material.
10 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
11 Section 1. Appropriation.
12 (1) Subject to Subsection (2), there is appropriated from the General Fund for fiscal year
13 2001-02, $4,500,000 to the Olene Walker Housing Trust Fund created in Section 9-4-702 .
14 (2) Notwithstanding Subsection (1), $2,500,000 of the appropriation under Subsection (1)
15 is appropriated for fiscal year 2001-02 only.
16 Section 2. Effective date.
17 This act takes effect on July 1, 2001.
