DISASTER RELIEF APPROPRIATION
REPEAL

This act modifies a chapter entitled "Disaster Relief." This act repeals an obsolete and
lapsed appropriation.
This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
REPEALS:
63-52a-13, as enacted by Chapter 1, Laws of Utah 1991, Second Special Session
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
Section 1. Repealer.
This act repeals:
Section 63-52a-13, Appropriation -- Use of money -- Nonlapsing money -- Remaining
money to be used upon declaration of a "state of emergency" by governor.
