                  This act modifies the Judicial Code by repealing the statutory definition of law.
                  This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
                  REPEALS:
                      78-27-19, as last amended by Chapter 248, Laws of Utah 1988
                  Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
                      Section 1. Repealer.
                      This act repeals:
                      Section 78-27-19,"Law" defined.
