                  This act modifies sections governing the Legislative Process Committee by modifying
                  committee membership and duties relating to in-depth budget reviews.
                  This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
                  REPEALS:
                      36-17-3, as last amended by Chapter 22, Laws of Utah 1994
                  Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
                      Section 1. Repealer.
                      This act repeals:
                      Section 36-17-3, Additional members and duties.
