    The Joint Conference Committee comprised of Sens. Stephenson, Poulton, and Bramble, and Reps. Dillree, Styler, and King, recommends H.B. 3, MINIMUM SCHOOL PROGRAM ACT AMENDMENTS, by Representative M. Dillree, be replaced and favorably recommends 3rd Sub. H.B. 3, MINIMUM SCHOOL PROGRAM ACT AMENDMENTS.
