Mr. Speaker:

    The Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 26, CRIMINAL RESTITUTION AMENDMENTS, by Representative S. Allen, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 10, Line 281:    After line 281, insert:
        "(5) "Party" means the prosecutor, defendant, or department involved in a prosecution." Renumber the following sections accordingly.

2.    Page 11, Line 315:    After "felony or" insert "class A"

3.    Page 11, Line 319:    After "plea disposition" insert "of a felony or class A misdemeanor"

4.    Page 11, Line 321:    After "the names" delete "and addresses"

5.    Page 13, Line 383:    After "violation" delete "or a petition alleging delinquency"

6.    Page 13, Line 390:    After "charges" delete "or allegation of delinquency"

7.    Page 17, Line 510:    After "company which" delete "as" and insert "has"
