Mr. Speaker:

    The Quasi-Governmental Entities Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 77, STATE SCIENCE CENTER, by Representative A.L. Tyler, with the following amendments:

    After Line 154 insert:            "(5) The entire appropriation under Subsection (1) is         conditioned upon the Utah Science Center Authority         securing a contract of at least 30 years for the state science center site."
