    The Business, Labor, and Economic Development Committee recommends H.B. 107, TOURISM MARKETING AMENDMENTS, by Representative S. Allen, be replaced and favorably recommends 1st Sub. H.B. 107, TOURISM MARKETING AMENDMENTS with the following amendments:

1. Page 10, Line 292:    Delete "may not"

2. Page 10, Line 293:    After "(a)" insert "may not"

3. Page 10, Line 294:    After "(b)" insert "may"
