    The Judiciary Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 112, PREVENTION OF RETALIATORY LAWSUITS, by Representative R. Lockhart, with the following amendments:

    1. Page 2, Line 42:    After "government" insert "and is done primarily to harass the defendant"

    2. Page 3, Line 69:    After "costs and" insert "reasonable"

    3. Page 3, Line 79:    After "authorized by" delete "any other statute" and insert "law"
