    The Transportation Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 122, ADMINISTRATIVE TRAFFIC CHECKPOINT AMENDMENTS, by Representative D. Ure, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 40:    After "checkpoint has the" insert "primary"

2.    Page 2, Line 43:    After "licenses;" delete "or" and after line 43 insert:
        "(iii) violations of Title 23, Wildlife Resources Code of Utah; or"

3.    Page 2, Line 44:    Delete "(iii)" and insert "(iv)" and delete "emergency"
