    The Judiciary Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 201, REVISIONS TO DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE, by Representative A.L. Tyler, with the following amendments:


1.    Page 1, Lines 7-8:    Delete " and the waiting period for expungement purposes"

2.    Page 1, Line 15:    Delete all of line 15

3.    Page 6, Line 159:    Bracket "six" and insert "ten"

4.    Page 13, Line 391:    After "(5)" insert "(a)"

5.    Page 13, Line 392:    After line 392 insert:
        "(b) Subsection (5)(a) does not apply to court or law enforcement reports and to reports of commercial driver license violations."

6.    Pages 13-15,
    Lines 396-443:    Delete all of lines 396 through 443
