    The Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Committee recommends H.B. 343, TIMELY AGENCY REVIEW OF CERTAIN APPLICATIONS, by Representative C. Bennion, be replaced with 1st Sub. H.B. 343, TIMELY AGENCY REVIEW OF CERTAIN APPLICATIONS, with the following amendments, and has returned it to the Rules Committee.

1.    Page 4, Line 91:    After line 91 insert "(iii) the Division of Water Rights;"

2.    Page 4, Line 92:    Delete "(iii)" and insert "(iv)"

3.    Page 4, Line 93:    Delete "(iv)" and insert "(v)"
