The Business, Labor, and Economic Development Committee returns S.B. 43 "Mobile Home Park Residency" by Senator M. Peterson to the Secretary of the Senate with the following amendments:
1. Page 1, Line 7: After " organization." insert " The act establishes a penalty for a false claim of retaliation."
2. Page 1, Line 25: After line 25 insert "(4) Any resident of a mobile home park who files a claim for retaliation against the owner of the resident's mobile home park knowing or having reason to believe that the claim is false, is guilty of a class C misdemeanor."
