    The Business, Labor, and Economic Development Committee recommends S.B. 167, PENALTY FOR WRONGFUL MECHANICS' LIEN, by Senator L.S. Poulton, be replaced and reports a favorable recommendation on 1st Sub. S.B. 167, PENALTY FOR WRONGFUL MECHANICS' LIEN with the following amendments:

1. Page 2, Line 40:    After "property" insert "or an original contractor or subcontractor who is affected by the lien"
