Senator Stephenson proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 34, Line 1047: After " Item " delete " (4) " and insert " (3) "
2. Page 35, Line 1054: After line 1054 insert the following:
" (c) If this bill and S.B. 61, Enhancements to the State Systems of Public and Higher Education, both pass, it is the intent of the Legislature that the appropriations in Section 53A-17a-131.9 and Section 30, Item (3), One-time appropriations, of this bill shall be distributed in accordance with Title 53A, Chapter 1a, Part 6, Public Education Job Enhancement Program created in S.B. 61. "
