Representative Loraine Pace proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Lines 22 and 23:    After "located" delete "and may" and insert "but shall"

2.    Page 2, Line 28:    After "available" insert "; and
        (iii) the telepharmacy system maintains records and files quarterly reports as required by division rule adopted in consultation with the Pharmacy Board to assure that patient safety is not compromised"

3.    Page 2, Line 45:    After "establish" insert "and give oversight to"
