1.    Page 46, Line 1421
    House Committee Amendments 2-1-2001:At the beginning of line 1421 insert "(1)"

2.     Page 47, Line 1424:    At the end of line 1424 insert:
        "(2) Amendments or enactments to this part made in this act may not be construed to affect a policyholder's or member's rights or obligations that are the subject of litigation as of April 30, 2001."
