Representative Murray proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 12:    After " second class." insert " The act prohibits a city from dissolving a civil service commission once it is established."

2.    Page 3, Line 84:    After "(1)" insert "(a)"

3.    Page 3, Line 85:    After line 85 insert:

        "(b) Once a city has established a civil service commission, it may not dissolve the commission."
